Thank you for your interest in Precinct Ridge.
The buildings along Mid-Cities Boulevard will be priced at approximately $190 a square foot. The price includes parking, access to Bentridge, Mid-Cities and Precinct Line and the building with a basic office finishout. (Please refer to the site plan for access.) The exact layouts of the building's interiors can be revised prior to construction commencement if needed in order to better suit the needs of the individual purchasers.
Buildings along Bentridge and in the
interior of the development will be priced at approximately $185 a square foot.
Fully developed lot prices vary from
$80 pbsf to $120 pbsf.
This price includes access to all three city streets, rough grading and utilities
to the property line.
Construction prices have lowered, bringing building prices down as well. Prices were revised on June 19, 2009, with additional discounts being offered for a quick close.
